Sherri oversees the ClaimForce Customer Care Team.

When Sherri joined ClaimForce in 2006, she brought with her more than 15 years experience in the insurance industry. Sherri manages a team of customer care professionals that execute and manage multiple claim types including Rental, Auto & Property Independent Appraisal, Loss Mitigation, and Salvage for over 25 different insurance companies. A vendor network of more than 20,000 different service providers participates in our credentialing and management program.

Prior to joining us, Sherri worked at Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance Company, where she specialized in fire and theft losses in the Total Loss department. Sherri has also managed the claims department for Midwestern Wheels, an Avis Rent-A-Car licensee.

Sherri’s significant auto claims experience includes managing claims from inception to completion, negotiating settlements on total loss units, working with independent appraisers and repair facilities for damage estimates, inspecting completed repairs to ensure quality work has been completed, and handling subrogation demands. Sherri has also worked directly with corporate attorneys when claims have gone to litigation.
