Quality Control Manager
Sandy joined the ClaimForce team in 2010 as our Quality Control Manager and takes responsibility for maintaining the quality and reliability of all incoming claim service provider work product. Sandy's team works with independent auto appraisers and repair facilities to ensure that client guidelines are followed when completing and submitting work product.
Sandy has over 20 years of experience in the auto claims industry. As an I-CAR Platinum and ASE-certified collision estimator, Sandy brings real world knowledge and experience to the Quality Audit Department.
Prior to joining the ClaimForce team, Sandy spent 10 years with SurePlan USA as a Senior Technical Services Advisor and 5 years at CCC Information Services as a Senior Desk Review Specialist.
