ClaimForce Adds To Experienced Board
CHICAGO, IL – Nov 30, 2010 – ClaimForce, Inc., the industry’s leading provider of innovative online insurance claim solutions, today announced that it has added another valued member to its Board of Directors.
Dennis Chookaszian is a retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CNA Insurance Companies; he joined CNA in 1975 and served as Chief Financial Officer until 1990 when he became President. Dennis then served as Chairman and CEO from 1992 until 1999, and was Chairman of the CNA Executive Committee from 1999 to 2001.
Dennis is now the Chairman of the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Board (FASAB) which advises the FASB on accounting standards matters, and is also a Director of six public corporations including the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Career Education, Green Realty Trust, Insweb, LoopNet, and MacDonald Dettwiler.
