Director - Project Management

Karoline joined ClaimForce, Inc. in 2007 and is currently Director - Project Management responsible for conceptualization, development, and delivery of our product line.

Karoline has over 25 years experience delivering complex business solutions and services to the property and casualty insurance industry. Prior to joining us, Karoline spent 12 years with CCC Information Services, most recently as the Director of Strategic Marketing Services.

Karoline is a named inventor of CCC’s initial re-inspection product line and pioneered what is now known as CCC Autoverse. Her previous positions included identifying innovative new solutions for the insurance market, as well as lead roles throughout the product lifecycle including market analysis, product integration, launch, implementation and training.

Prior to CCC, Karoline had extensive experience in business process reengineering and systems implementation in the financial services industry. Karoline graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering (Alpha Pi Mu honors) and from George Washington University with a Master of Engineering Management degree.
