
David S. Kreisman is co-founder of the LOGS Network. He directs national operations for all LOGS Network legal offices and is directly responsible for management and supervision of more than 25 partnership law firms, title operations, and trustee companies operating in more than 30 states and the District of Columbia. Mr. Kreisman is also responsible for legal oversight for approximately 125 network attorneys and 30 outside law firms.
In more than 37 years of private practice, Mr. Kreisman has concentrated his practice in real estate, lender representation, and civil litigation at the trial and appellate levels. In addition to foreclosure and bankruptcy representation, he has developed expertise in the associated areas of tax deed and fire loss litigation, drug seizures, code enforcement, and condemnation proceedings. In these areas, Mr. Kreisman has pioneered unique defenses and strategies for lender representation that have been adopted by many members of the legal community practicing in these areas. He has authored many real estate articles in addition to editing and publishing the LOGS Ledger.
Today, Mr. Kreisman remains at the forefront of legal trends and development in the fields of real estate and bankruptcy throughout the country. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Chicago Council of Lawyers, and the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees. He is also an active member of the Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association and the Mortgage Bankers Association of America. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of Chicago and a law degree from University of Chicago School of Law.
